Tea Therapy is my personal way of releasing all of my frustrations, a way to take some time just for me, a way to heal through internal cleansing, a way to share time with a special person, a way to connect, and a way to communicate. Tea has been around for centuries yet, it was once thought to be only consumed for medical reason by the Chinese. There are so many kinds of teas, from Healing tea, Oolong, Pu erh, and black to iced tea, but even more reasons to just sip and enjoy.

I am a tea connoisseur, I live for my next new teasperience, I look for the finest of teas online and from around the world to try and sample. I guess you could say, I am a teaologist.

They are so many reasons to set a tone and enjoy what I like to call, ” A Tea Moment”.
